**** ****ED UP MEDICAL AID PLEASE DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM

I am beyond tired of your organisation

You lack of serrvice, understanding and communication is pathetic

I recently discovered that when I changed my doctor they sent an email for the previous doctor that was automatically defaulted as the primary doctor

However because this doctor was not practicing full time we switch or primary doctors spolstra who also practices in the same practice as doctor Nel

I had called to change this and was told that this will be changed later they email me some confirmation of who the previously nominated doctor was literally almost 2 years later I'm being told that no we hadn't changed our doctor

Not just that we have been informed numuorous times that ones we reach out cap or when funds are exhausted we have unlimeted doctors visited under the fedhealth network doctors

My wife was informed that for the last two weeks that she's been in an out of doctors room medical aid hadn't paid any of the network doctors

So after we were told that we have unlimited doctors visit on the fedhealth network we are now being told that no that's not how it works every time I need to visit a doctor I need to pay cash

My wife got admitted to hospital and they also could not pay for what they promise in their sales pitch to pay to pay for all in hospital test

Fedhealth is by far the worst medical and service provider I don't want you to call me and I will be taking this further I can't keep paying thousand to this organisation and not get the benefit I'm paying for
