PMB team at Fedhealth - still no feedback after 2months

Usually great medical aid but the recent experience has been terrible as I am still waiting for medical feedback on an email to prescribed medical benefits team I sent over 2 months ago. Having submitted several doctors' motivations, reports and additional information I was told the information is complete. This is almost a month ago. Still to date no resolution,
