PMB Payment

Twice a year I have thyroid blood tests. A condition that is registered on PMB. Twice a year a claim is submitted from Lancet and half of the bill is paid from my PMB. In January I had my blood tests done again and low and behold only the Cholesterol blood tests are paid from my PMB. Twice a year Lancet use the code 4484 which code includes procedure 4482 and 4507 therefore that should be paid from my PMB. I have queried this three times, had three different reference numbers, three times the account has gone back for reassessment but whoever is assessing the account cannot see that code 4484 is inclusive of 4482 and 4507 which is on the account. The claim is nothing new, nothing has changed so why can't the assessor get it right. Fedhealth even tell me on their statement that code 4484 is inclusive of code 4482 and 4507 so what is SO DIFFICULT!!!
