PMB Condition wait forever for approval

Wow where do i start.... I have been approved for my chronic medicine and it keeps declining as PMB. My ulcerative cololitus. I have been waiting like forever for my daughters PMB registration. She is paralyzed in her left leg I have app**** for her condition to be covered as a PMB for a few times the last email I received that it was send to the Management something and still NO FEEDBACK
