PMB Condition or not, why should Fedhealth pay?

I am absolutely INFURIATED with Fedhealth ONCE AGAIN with regards to the payment of my daughters PMB condition treatment. She has just been fitted with her last pair of Mitchell Spreader BNB shoes for her Clubfoot Medical Condition, which they have been paying for the last 3 years, and now all of a sudden they say there’s not enough clinical information that she requires the orthopedic shoes so they rejected the claim of R7500?????? Is my daughters clubfoot not clubfoot enough for them anymore?! A bunch of bladey *******!!!!!!!!

Every time I submit claims for this child's treatment we have a song and dance with Fedhealth. They pay minimal to nothing for the doctors appointments, and pay 8 to 10 weeks after treatment when I'm just about to be handed over by the doctors. Quick to take our money but when it comes to paying out they have every excuse under the sun!!!

Thanks very much Fedhealth for making this experience a real nightmare right from the start. Where Family takes care of Family MY ASS!!!

If you or your child has a PMB condition, DO NOT use Fedhealth, they are terrible and don't care about their members even though they LEGALLY are required to do so.
