Please stay away from this medical aid the service is really bad.

I have been hospitalized from 6th November 2023and discharged 10th November as I opted to be discharged as my membership was terminated because they fekt i did not disclose a back problem but i was not even admitted for anback problem. How can one do this to people who has had to be at the mercy or a hospital.

I had so much much stress dealing with Fedhealth but yet no response to my apeal tonhave my hospitalization authorized.

I would never recommend Fedhealth to anyone as they have been sending me from oillar to post and whenever I do call them or use there various platforms its the same story just a different day.

People please stay away from this medical aid.

I have reached out to my doctor who treated me and he said my condition is considered PMB so irrespective of what the medical aid said they should have authorized it. What a bunch of idiots.
