My mother is a member of Fedhealth and has the following chronic conditions: Hypertension and Arthritis. She has blood tests and doctors visit in relation to these conditions. It seems that the majority of the claims have been paid from her savings and not her insured benefits. Please can this be rectified immediately - the accounts concerned are Dr. BD Sarembock and Drs.
