Please let me hold on and then waste my time and money, i beg you.

You hold on forever, like really 30+ minutes, listening to the voice telling you how important you are - NOT......... and then before anyone speaks to me the phone gets picked up and put down in my ear. Really!!! So sick of receiving no service!
