Plead to add a dependent

My mother has been trying to add a dependant to her membership since Feb '019. All required forms were submitted to the walk in centre in Florida, with a 3 month waiting period that would end at the end of May 2019.

At the end of May, mom went back to the WIC to check on the progress, to find that her forms were never submitted and was expected to re-apply, which she did. About 2 weeks after that, she was told there was missing info, which she provided. It's now almost a month since she re-app**** and she still doesn't know what is happening with her application.

I've just called the call centre(Wed 19 June) on her behalf and I'm being told that mom must apply for the 3rd time and wait ANOTHER 3 months!!? We are not asking for a donation! My mother wants to add a dependent to a membership that she's paying for!!

We also can't seem to talk to your managers that seem to be sitting in meetings, all day, everyday, which explains why your staff is providing such disgusting service. What must we do now?!
