<p>My wife has been diagnosed with chronic myleod luekemia. </p> <p>My wife has now been out of hospital for three weeks and you have not responded to the doctors request and emails for her medication to be approved. <br />I expect for a response to be given within today as you have no excuse to drag this matter out any longer. All the reports have been forwarded to you the day she was discharged. </p> <p>My Wife is now getting sick again and if anything happens I will hold Fedhealth medical scheme liable, this is not some small matter, she has leukemia and can not be off her medication. you are now playing with someones life.</p> <p> </p> <p>The doctors have been calling every day and you have not responded. i have been very patient with the medical aid but now you are taking this too far. You have not called anyone to advise on the status.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect an answer within the day or else I will be going to the national media with this as well as the council of medical schemes</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not acceptable at all</p> <p> </p>
