Pharmacy direct +Fed Health have no respect for the customers

Fed health has a strange relationship with Pharmacy Direct. After getting my medication from Dischem for a few months Fed Health says I should email my new script to Pharmacy Direct which I did 4 days ago! Guess what? Now I have to call both companies for my chronic medication, as if that is not enough the call center agent at Pharmacy Direct rudely denies that I sent my script. Anyway I have to wait two more days while my health deteriorates!
