Paying of Institute when not allowed

I recently had to visit the emergency room after a accident with my hand.. I went to Milnerton Medi-Clinic and they barely help me then I got upset when they after waiting for a doctor for more than hour and half wanted to send me to the dirty full x ray department first and wait another 2 hours and then only then doctor will be able to assist.<br> So I said that I am leaving as no one is helping me and that they better not claim, then this snotty doctor said they will do what they want I must please leave. So I phoned Fedhealth and informed them about what happened, they told me that they will not pay Milnerton as I was not treated and they will make a not of it on the system for in the event that Milnerton wants to claim. So I went to Blaauwberg Hospital and got help straight away and in all the correct manner it should be done by a doctor and a hospital so I felt like I was in good hands, I phoned Fedhealth again to tell them that I was treated by Blaauwberg hosp so they must please remember to pay blaauwberg and not Milnerton, they said no problem.. Now they have paid both hospitals, but Milnerton from my savings and Milnerton did not help me at all, so they are steeling money.
