PAY THE CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop with the excuses, I am tired of always reverting to social media to get through to you! How can you not pay back a claim that comes out of savings? This paediatrician is my daughters chronic doctor! Why must I spend almost R500 from savings to see a GP for a referral letter to go and see my daughters chronic doctor......it does not make sense!!!!!! How do you people think? Your call centre is a joke, one person will tell you one thing and the other will tell you something totally different and then when I call back I get told there is no one there by that name. Not to mention the email that was sent.....its a joke! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I am not using more savings to go see a GP to get a referral letter! No one ever liased and told me that this is the so called "new" way of doing things.....its more like a new plot to use your savings!!!!!!!!!
