Pay back my savings hospital claims and casualt are paid on my savings 3rd time now I've Lost so much because of your agent neglent I am paying so much because of them failing to communicate I am tired
I have never find peace from day 1 on thus medical aid I curse the day SANLAM decided to put us on this medical aid for almost 14 yrs on medical aid I have never seen such a night mare in mylife. Why all my casualt hospital claims are taken off my savings? I am no longer enjoying my salary because every month the are changes through high installment of medivault I have to make transfer of funds now and than next morning gone.i raise same issue a month ago it was not attended because my savings were not return again I left R2k on savings for my baby medication I woke up today R800 claim paid on savings why's casualt claims and hospital are paid in savings? This savings is all about putting id in debt because now I need to have cash for my child medication or borrow again until when ad from February being misleaded by your Agent now every cent on savings is paying hospitals and casualt claims I have never experienced this with discovery or Bonita's when we were moved we were told we are matched with options similar to Whats we were using on bonitas but we suffering worse on this Fedhealth with insane terms and conditions I am so tired of this it even wors cause you not resolving my complain to my satisfaction

Am at the pharmacy to buy INFATRIN as per script doctor given to o my son when she discharge us we were given partly of script due to hospital shortage on the product advised to come back, today I am being told it medical exclusion same product we able to purchase with same medical aid at discharge. The lady who assistant me fir almost an hour told me I can go back to Pharmacy she done overide and rejecting again is this Fedhealth a medical aid or what? Not only wasting my time,but my petrol up and down for decline,fo you perhaps pay for anything or you want us to take savings so that you can process hospital claims from? It been 3 hrs at pharmacy NJ ot being help with the overide how many times this medical aid will fail me
