Pay back my money.

Cancelled my membership with them, they said they will refund my savings after 4 months and I will receive email from them. Tried speaking to the live chat guys who told me that it will be the first week of December and now is the second week of December. When I ask why the delay I was given an email and the name of the person to direct it to however, that person does not respond to my email. Please pay me back my money with interest from the date same was cancelled. I was considering coming back to you guys but the victimisation that I got sorry I would rather stick with Discovery. I wont beg you for my money. I know I had to beg you for you to pay for my son's medical bill even when I pay you without any hesitation. Pay back my money.
