Pathetic services.

A client had serious back surgery on 18th October 2022. She can not walk, sit or stand up. She will be bedridden for 3 months. The doctors rooms and Faerie Glen hospital as well as Faerie Glen Step down facility struggle since last week Thursday to get Authorization for her at Fedhealth to go to Faerie Glen Step down facility for the next 2 weeks. They can't discharge her from the hospital before they get Authorization for the step down facility. Every time Fedhealth Authorization department said they will escalate it to Medical Advisor and still no answer. This is pathetic services.
