Pathetic service with no positive response on the matter after 6 months

I gave birth to my son on 200818. Unfortunately my baby developed jaundice and required speacial medical care which was provided by my sons peadiatrician. The bill for the service provided by the peadiatrcian was not paid up until December. I only found out about Fedhealths refusal to pay when I visited her again in December. It was totally embarassing and uncalled for. I therefore went ahead and paid hte Bill myself. Despite providing fedhealth with all the information and receipts the issue has not yet been resolved and I have not been reimbursed to date.

THIS MATTER IS STILL UNRESOLVED 6 MONTHS AFTER THE SERVICE WAS RENDERED. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FEDHEALTH CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.!!
