I called and as instructed I sent my original heart condition diagnosis so that it can be registered. I even registered it myself in other stupid app and still no response and nothing appears on the app.

We were forced to move to your medical aid and now we, having lots of issues with you. Cause I know for a fact I'm not the only one.
