Pathetic service /No feedback

Fed Health have upped their advertising campaign at Street level and on TV.However it has been three weeks now and I am unable to get a quotation from the gent that rep**** to my mail.Mr Ricardo Ganesen is as *********** as you will ever find. I have now requested a quotation from Thapelo. Lets see if can assist. Fed Health must train their call centre consultant to give better service if they want to expand their clientele base.
