Pathetic service! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
No response! I have now run out of critical chronic medication putting my health at risk. Fedhealth is forcing members to obtain chronic medication from Pharmacy direct who is ***********. Both Fedhealth and Pharmacy direct sends automated responses claiming they will call back but neither does. Pharmacy Direct claims the fault lies with Fedheath but Fedhealth is either too lazy or *********** to reply. PATHETIC!
