Pathetic service, horribly disappointed.

Simply pathetic. Been struggling since 4 June 2023 to get claims paid from wallet and not the first time that they use the wallet for day to day expenses by taking too long to process claims. Take huge premium each month but service is non existent. Not even able to get help via the whatsup line.
