Pathetic Service

Worst service ever . I was offered a product from Fedhealth , using their accredited service providers .I was told that I must sort out the problem , its not Fedhealth job. Call center Supervisor promises feedback, does not callback . Call center agent transfers you to a Supervisor knowing that the Supervisor left the office . No other manager available . Think twice before joining Fedhealth
