Pathetic service

Please correct me if I'm wrong but with all childbirth a pediatrician is needed to check your baby and the 2 - 3 days after birth. I am now told that the pediatrician was not paid because we need separate authorization for the baby. What the hell? I never had this issue with my firstborn and I've never heard of any other medical aid doing this. Why didn't Fedhealth inform us before or even during our hospital stay??? This is absolutely pathetic! Now I'm getting letters from lawyers demanding payment.
