Pathetic service

Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Lots of back and forth and incorrect information being relayed. For a company of this size to not be able to provide accurate information to clients is honestly pathetic. Very poor customer service, call Centre agents aren't aware of protocols and the authorization department sending out incorrect information on approval letters. Truly poor service and I will definitely be looking at joining a different medical scheme in the near future.
