Pathetic service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had such terrible service from this medical aid it is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I handed in a request for an authorisation on the 29th may. The procedure date was the 11th. Till now the underwriting department is still busy with this authorisation... Regardless of how many times i call the scheme no one can help me because this case is still pending. i followed the correct steps . To top it off i get sent a request for documents that were already sent through in MAY for a dependent review. I cannot understand why the service received is so pathetic. I might as well take my business somewhere else and cancel all other potential medical aid applications with this scheme.
