this is by far the worst medical aid ever and ill make sure that i post this on every social media page

in march this year my wife needed to see a doctor when i took her to doctor, medical aid had zero funds impossible right but ok i paid the doctor R1800.00 no problem when i called medical to find out why i had no funds available turns out i had to get a loan from my medicaid aid in order to have savings i did not know that my medical aid was a FSP where i needed to borrow money in order to have saving i might as well use the R300k in my account to pay for doctors visits and not have medical aid

any way the gentle said that i needed this loan ect ect this is recorded on their calls ref number is 180319q9myni we then used this money as we had to visit a second doctor no problem the doctor gave us a script to collect medication at the pharmacy when i got to the pharmacy again no fund and i had to pay cash again no problem again i paid R400.00

when i called medical aid i was told yet again i needed to get an additional loan additional loan they alone would know why i explained to the gentlemen who had assisted me again that i had paid cash and i want to get my money because why am i paying for medical aid if they cannot pay for simple meds

i was told that because there was no funds in the medical aid i cannot claim my money back *** why do i have medical aid if i need to pay for everything never mind that all these doctors are on there network panel

what is a problem is that when i compare my "medical aid"to a hospital plan theirs no ****ing difference im tired of paying for something that is a waist of time and money

i want you to ****ing cancel my medical aid i do not wish to be part of this keyhealth will has given me a better option and has actually told me that if i need to go to a doctor i dont need to make a loan everything is covered in my month contribution please cancel my medical aid

and i am taking this mater further as i was told this is a loan but never received any financial advice nor was a fais disclosure read to me or explained
