Pathetic service

I had to have my tooth extracted in hospital under anesthetic, but fedhealth seemed to think they new better and need my whole pedigree before approving only after I had paid for it myself. On the 22nd I had my op on the 26th they eventually approved then the fun began.I submitted my doc got some stupid reply back emailed them back once again all the docs got the same stupid reply back phoned got told exactly what they wanted was nothing like the email stipulated. Sent of docs was told backlog on the Friday on the wed I phoned was told no one had sent my claim to the claims dep was promised they would send them in phone on the Monday was told they had not received the front page nobody told me. resent the docs was told would be paid on the thurs due to expediting phoned yesterday was told have to basically wait like everyone else. It is know a month later and still F$#% A#* from anyone. REALLY I JUST CANNOT DO WITH THIS SORT OF PATHETICE SERVICE. I have been with Nedgroup medical aid for 30 thought FEDHEALTH was a good choice how wrong was I
