PATHETIC MEDICAL AID AND WORST SERVICES WITH *********** STAFF!!!!!!

Pathetic Medical Aid, the worst I have ever had to deal with!

The service that I have received from Fedhealth has been terrible! I would advise not to join this medical scheme. I have been **** to for 4 months in a row now my money is been deducted for a medivalt that I canceled in November 2021. The consults and staff are *********** .Every consultant that I spoke to gave me different information and a different story I was informed that this medivalt thing will be canceled in November and today is February the credit controller promised to call me im still waiting for the call till today. I regret the day u decided to join this scheme. Not only is my money deducted from my salary every month without me agreeing but the fact that they are dishonest makes me even more angry I have had enough! such a disappointment and disgrace for such a reputable company to treat customers like this, they will inform that it will be sorted and the following month it will not...Cleary people are not doing what they are paid to do I should have went for discovery when u joined my employer! You will keep loosing customers if u don't treat people well. Medivalt money has gone through again its February when they promised it will be canceled. Please refund me my money and cancel this stupid valt as u promised!!!!! Im sick n tired of this medical aid i will now we forced to go parties that can assist me with this matter!!!!

Honestly such terrible service! I would not recommend it yi anyone. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN FEDHEALTH!!!!!!!
