Pathetic & ***********

<p>On the 24th April I wrote to Fedhealth to add a dependant to my plan, I completed the questionnaire as requested and then heard nothing. After two calls and over a month later still nothing. I decided to then cancel my membership as Fedhealth clearly does not want more business and instantly I received acknowledgement AND acceptance of my termination of my medical aid............</p>
