Pathetic Fedhealth service

I was admitted to Unitas hospital from the 18th till the 22nd of October. I then realized that Fedhealth used my savings to pay for the hospital admission. I called them to try rectify this and spoke to Shudu who was very ***********, I then requested to speak to his manager. Shudu referred me to Thansi Naidoo who was also not helpful, she wanted me to call the hospital and resolve this. what kind of service is Fedhealth giving to its customers? The service I am experiencing is pathetic
