Pathetic Fedhealth - no health at fedhealth

Fedhealth advertises that when you are on the FlexiFed 4, registered with a GP Network that the GP visits are paid from R1 from the overall benefit and NOT SAVINGS. Well well, now they paid absolutely EVERYTHING from my SAVINGS and although there is a lot of "chats" going around, promises made, this is not corrected. They admit that it should have been paid from the overall benefit, but nothing happens. When you copy a chat into a new chat, it is not allowed and the whole story has to be repeated over and over again. NOW this happened: the doctors want payment from me, my benefits are DEPLETED, I could NOT get the medication I NEED earlier this week due to this problem not being attended to. WHAT am I supposed to do? Nobody is interested in solving the problem. They just keep the money and do with it whatever they want. No CLEAR answers from anyone, although this has been "escalated" nothing happens
