Pathetic FedHealth Medical Aid

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Fedhealth to answer my question on why they declined an emergency procedure which happened on 1 July which was a Sunday. Their call center is pathetic, and transfers you from one agent to another without even trying to speak to you. I have phoned numerous times, and no one bothers to answer anything. This is the worst medical aid I have ever belonged to. Now because of their incompetence, I have to pay R35 000 out of my pocket. Useless, and not worth anything.
