Pathetic Fedhealth

Currently 16weeks pregnant. When I got pregnant I upgraded my plan (Fedhealth gives you 30 days to upgrafe in the even of a life changing event) from Flexi fed 2 to Flexi Fed 3 (more benefits and them the maternity benefits also gives more scans/appointmentt etc.)

Every single scan I went for was deducted from my savings where they told me it will not be because I have the maternity benefits activated. I am with a midwife and got told thay they don't have network midwives so I can make use of any one.

I send over 3 emails, had a very long phone call on the 4th where another queries been logged Still no feedback.

Went as far as to say that if I don't get feedback within 24hours I will cancel my membership.

I am paying almost R2600 p.m just for myself for absolutely NOTHING.
