Pathetic Customer Sevice

As a client of Fedhealth Medicail Scheme I am highly dissapointed at the manner they service their clients I called and queried about the back rehabilitation program and the agent on the other end did nit even know what i was speaking about and shovelled me off to another dept where my airtime ran out waiting for the call to be answered. Then I called the number given NOTHING And filled the online query form NOTHING Till date NOTHING So how do you expect me to still stay loyal to Fedhealth..
