Pathetic communication

Phone Fedhealth and you have to wait forever, write to Fedhealth and you have to wait MORE THAN FIVE DAYS and then get ONLY HALF AN ANSWER.Every worker at Fedhealth has his or her own version of an issue. Supervisor does not exist. Communication sucks. Come on you make enough money to employ decent well trained people!!!
