Pathetic
Pathetic. My Medical aid has been suspended even though it has been paid. Now they only work office hours emergency number also goes to voice note. They have declined 2 claims in the last 24 hours saying member suspended yet they have my money in their account, this is now the 2nd time. I bet I won't even get a call from them. Pathetic.
