Pathetic

They have doing nonsense, i've asked my debit order date to be changed instead my banking details were deleted therefore debit order didn't go through which was embarrassing as I was told dve been suspended when I went to fetch my medication.

I made cash payment and advised them AGAIN to change debit order date, now they want me to send documents first, aren't you supposed to have them on your system from when I app****? but have to make cash payment AGAIN this month th and they'll start debiting in August.
