Only care about money! Network Hospotals Are Horrible. Should not send people there!

Wouldn't pay at all for an lumbar puncture at the hospital where my neurologist is. Had to go to Louis Pasteur Hospital (Pretoria CDB). The doctor didn't giver me local anesthesia until the 5h attempt. After which he didn't wait long enough and still failed to get a fluid sample. Why? Because he's arrogant and thinks he is smooth enough to do it without one. The other at the better hospital Was in pain for weeks afterwards! Will review hospital as well.

Fedhealth ignored my correspondence until I named them a few times on twitter, then suddenly responded. They just told me to report the hospital to the HPCSA and to switch to a more expensive plan.

How can they send people to places like this?
