ONE STAR IS NOT EVEN WORTH IT

Dear members of Fedhealth medical aid scheme please note that fedhealth is full of ******* and we as a practice would not recommend anyone to join them

I We submitted a claim on the 06.05.2019 for in hospital and up to date the claim has not been processed, Every time I call in they advise me the claim is struggling to link to the auth and they will send it back for inve3stigation I Do follow ups with them weekly since the claim was submitted but they advise me every week the query has been closed and now they have to open up a new query for me

If a member of fedhealth skips a payment they do get suspended but Fedhealth cannot even pay their claim!!!

We as a practice has had enough and will now open a case against fedhealth al CMS will all our claim and your members will no longer be seen By our Dr
