One last Thank you !

Dear Fedhealth With the recent passing of my Mom We wanted to write a final review to say thank you. Since 2009 my Mom was a member of Fedhealth. You took her on as a member knowing of all the pre-existing conditions and what that entail. For the last 12 years your service has been superb, not a single event or incident was ever disputed, all claims paid in a timely fashion, your service levels were consistent and in short you are a World Class that comes highly recommended ! By offering the service you did - Directly and indirectly you contributed to her quality of life and in the end ensured that she was comfortable and well taken care off over the last 12 years. As a family we would like to thank you for this and all you do for your members, as humans we are often very quick to complain but seldom take the time to compliment. Please accept this with our deepest gratitude and thank you again to each and every Fedhealth Employee – even if we don’t say this you guys really do make a difference !
