Once again useless

Second complaint within a week because of staff incompetence.

Why the f*ck must i be transferred to six agents who are all apparently f*cking useless? Your claims department is f*cking useless too and can't pay a claim correctly? And whoever developed your Fedchat app needs to ask for his money back from where ever it is they studied cause it's terrible.
