Old claims reversal and Fedhealth wants refund

Fedhealth paid the account already in 2025. Medscheme made a reversal for the Doctor invoice for service rendered in 2025 and made a reversal in 2026.

Fedhealth is now requesting for a refund. The reversal stipulated that we must amend the ICD.10 code , claim was amended and send to Medscheme now it is September 2026 claim is not resolved. Medscheme is not processing the amended claim and now demands Doctor to refund Fedhealth.

The level of unprofessional and incompetence to request for the refund while the is delay of the claim still not processed is *********.
