I think you are trying your best in very difficult times. Overall I get reasonable service from Fedhealth. But 2 things are disappointing. If I check online the amount shown in my Wallet is incorrect, it is thousands of Rands too much which is very difficult to manage. I opted for the Grid benefit but now there are no Grid hospitals within ****ms where I live so if I have to go to hospital I have to pay a co payment of R12 500 which is unfair.
