**** of a medical aid company

I took a medical aid with fedhealth via wellworx and I was assisted by a guy called Keanu Marks who is now no longer an employee at Wellworx. fastfoward He helped me choose a plan in which I indicated that I want a plan with savings ready as my employer will be paying for this medical aid. He sent me all the info and in my understanding that I should have pro rata savings of R 1.3. Ok I paid the medical aid twice already with no hustle and I had to get a cough mixture in which they paid for it. I think it was about R58 then afterwards I went again for ****ol and the medical aid paid only R20 reason being I am on self payment period. I phoned Fedhealth and I was told that I dont have funds in my savings. I enquired how and they told me the funds will only be loaded next year. I told them that is not what I was told. I told them rather I cancel the medical aid because I cannot pay such a lot of money only for me to not have any benefit. I received an email this morning that just said its cancelled but I am liable for another month to pay them. What the hell is that? to pay for what exaclty?
