Nothing doneafter previous complaint

My 77 year old mom still don't have an authorization number for her knee replacement scheduled for the 6th.

She is in pain and in tears. Being weeks and she could have filled a cancellation if she had an authorization number

The problem lies with ICPS which is supposed tobe for the patients benefit but it is really about money and FedHealth not caring. How does it benefit a 77 year old who is in severe pain. They are not on an entry level plan either.

Then the lady of ICPS is exceptionally rude. She tslks to my dad in an abrubt manner and they are already emotional. She should not be dealing with customers and has no manners.

She called my dad and said FedHealth told her to call him and now she is calling him. When my Dad asked why they wanted to call het, because all they want is an authunumber, she rudely said "I don't know". That is it..... pathetic.

I'm livited and will move to another providor at the end of this year for treating my parents like 3rd rate customers. While FedHealth involves ICPS they can expect to lose customers. It's just a **** in anycase.
