Secondly complaint lodged regarding the maternity scan - still not corrected - it shows that you paid for it... B/S this was paid by myself claimed back without any refund due to the stupid "loan scheme" you have going on with the so called Medi Wallet/Vault....

Everyone reading this please do not join this Medical Aid they are a rip-off and ***** your money you pay for an expensive hospital plan without any benefits.... rather join any aid than this one.... 10 years a member and they feel absolutely nothing.

Furthermore, if you dare complain on their social media page especially calling them out on the unsecured loan structure (already submitted various complaints to the NCR and will continue to do so) they simply block you... you much for freedom of expression... not just *****ing your money but also imposing on your constitutional right........ this is service...... maybe the big boys need to sit around the table and take a hard look at how they f -uped a perfectly solid Fund into a non-existing pathetic service... at least the government has competition to see who is the most *********** and they are getting a run for their money.
