Not worth it

I am on a network hospital plan, which I took in 2023 because it included two of my local hospitals. Beginning of this year I find out they removed both these hospitals from their networks- with no communication whatsoever, meaning I’d have to cough out a copayment of almost R16000 if I were to get admitted in them now. I have tried multiple times to increase my plan and they keep telling me that their window for changing plans is currently closed. I guess this is the end of the road for me and this medical aid.
