Not paying accounts in full.

My father was admitted for a PMB condition – Cerebro vascular accident (Stroke - PMB901A) and had dysphagia (ICD 10 code: R13.1) as a complication. His specialist thought it was necessary to consult the dietician due to his condition, because my father could not manage a bolus (food) enters the mouth until it reaches the stomach. He needed this treatment to decrease his risk of aspirating food. This was for the same reason the specialist asked the speech and language the****** to consult with him. The outstanding amount is for consultations rendered on the 6 & 7 May 2017. Although Fedhealth paid in full for the consultations before the 6th May 2017, they do not respond to any further requests to make payment. This after many months and many e-mails.
