when signing up with fedhealth through wellworx with Niel Collman I was not fully advised on my terms, as i understood it when taking out the fedhealth medical aid it would be R2087pm with medivalt, i opted for the R1856 with out the valt now when calling to state this year i would like it included now i have to pay R2800 and odd, this is a complete *******. i have been trying to get hold of Niel for the past 4 months and he is a no show. i requested a call back from fedhealth and was told they cant call me cause they are busy, so cancel my medical aid i will go else were.

Could a senior manager please call me as I have heard in the past week 3 diffent versions of what my medical aid actually is and I need clarification, my bills are not being paid, due to ICD10 codes apparently and when asking for them they refuse to provide me with it. I nominated 2 doctors from the start yet I was told today that this did not happen, yet I have it in an email, claims apparently can't be found on the system, yet I have emails that the claim was submitted. In this regard I have contacted fedhealth several times. Again please get a senior manager to call me not a consultant.
