Not honouring PMB payments

I had blood tests done on 3 February 2020 which are supposed to be paid out of my PMB. The one ICD 10 code was missing on the invoice from Lancet so I had it inserted by Lancet and it was resubmitted to Fedhealth that is two months ago. To date it has still not been paid. On investigation of none payment with Fedhealth I was told the "sequence" on the invoice is incorrect. I organized a conference call with myself, Lancet and Fedhealth to try and resolve the sequence issue. Lancet said there is no sequence to stating what is owing on the invoice and Fedhealth said they cannot tell Lancet what sequence they must use as that is ***** so nothing was resolved. To date Lancet has not been paid from my PMB and Fedhealth are doing ****** all about sorting out my claim even though I have phoned, emailed and gone onto the online chat with them continuously and had the issue escalated about five times or more. I even requested a supervisor to phone me but to date she has not bothered to call me. I have insurmountable reference numbers. Is Fedhealth going to settle what they should from my PMB as they rightfully should be doing?
